That means each "tier" is about 4" tall. A standard serving of wedding cake is a 1X2X4" slice. Buttercream or French Vanilla Cream Frosting Two - 2" layers of cake per "tier" = $2.15/serv. add a pastry filling or mousse = $2.65/serv. White or Ivory Fondant Covered Cakes Two - 2" layers of cake per "tier" = $3.25/serv. add a pastry filling or mousse = $3.75/serv. Chocolate Fondant Covered Cakes Two - 2" layers of cake per "tier" = $3.75/serv. add a pastry filling or mousse = $4.25/serv. Dark Chocolate Frosting Two - 2" layers of cake per "tier" = $2.35/serv. add a pastry filling or mousse = $2.85/serv. A cake can also be created with Four - 1" layers of cake per "tier" with 3 layers of filling, for an extra $1.20 per serving. Cupcakes $1.25 for Buttercream or French Vanilla Cream Frosting. $1.35 for Dark Chocolate Frosting. Fondant covered cupcakes -- price is determined by design. Cupcakes with fillings .25 cents extra. "Kitchen Cakes" 12" x 18" Sheet Cakes with No decoration (A less expensive way to add servings of cake. These "Kitchen Cakes" are held in the kitchen and then cut and served along with your Wedding Cake.)
